1. Booking Confirmation
Upon successful completion of your booking, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during the booking process. Please ensure that all details are correct and contact us immediately if any errors are found.

2. Weather and Litchi Tree Complications
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions or issues affecting the litchi trees on the day of your booking, your ticket will automatically be transferred to an alternative date.

• A notification email will be sent to inform you of the situation.
• The email will include a list of available alternative dates for which your ticket will be valid.

3. Ticket Allocation to Alternative Dates
If a booking is affected by complications as outlined above:

• The ticket holder will have the option to choose from the available alternative dates provided in the notification email.
• If no response is received within 7 days of the email being sent, the booking system will allocate the next available date for you.
• The new booking date will be final unless further complications arise.

4. Non-Refundable Tickets
Tickets are non-refundable, even in the case of weather or litchi tree-related complications. However, tickets remain valid for the alternative dates provided.

5. Rescheduling Requests
If you are unable to attend on the newly allocated date, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the new booking confirmation. Further rescheduling may be subject to availability.

6. Contact Information
Please ensure that your email address is up to date at all times. Failure to receive notifications due to incorrect or outdated contact information is not the responsibility of the company.

7. Force Majeure
In cases of extreme or prolonged disruptions due to weather, agricultural challenges, or other acts beyond our control, we reserve the right to modify or cancel scheduled events, with tickets being allocated to the next available date.
